"The support offered by our organization helps me deal with stress at work is great. When our team sees others stressed or overwhelmed with their task at hand, they jump in and offer to help out anyway possible. It's a TEAM effort by all to keep our stress down and having a manger that has an open-door policy to talk at any time really shows just how much she cares about her employees."

In what way does your organization support you when dealing with personal or family issues?

"I have to say, it's a wonderful feeling that I know I have the total support of all of my team, it really takes a ton of stress off."

In your opinion, how can your peers optimize the quality of the work they do?

"My peers optimize their quality of work with their own unique skills they have and use any resources to get the job done."

How can the feedback you receive from your direct manager be even better?

"The leadership at the Raleigh branch has been outstanding, our manager has lifted morale and been a guide towards all of us here being more successful. The work environment is hard to make much better. This has been the best experience I’ve had with a company in the construction equipment industry."
