Road technicians are often called to breakdowns and because of this, their performance and ability to think on their feet is critical. When a piece of equipment is down, precious time and money is lost, so the road technician’s ability to diagnose and repair the problem is of the utmost importance.
During peak times, overtime is available and all hands are needed to keep up with the demand.
