"The support offered by our organization helps me deal with stress at work is great. When our team sees others stressed or overwhelmed with their task at hand, they jump in and offer to help out anyway possible. It's a TEAM effort by all to keep our stress down and having a manger that has an open-door policy to talk at any time really shows just how much she cares about her employees."

"I have to say, it's a wonderful feeling that I know I have the total support of all of my team, it really takes a ton of stress off."

"The leadership at the Raleigh branch has been outstanding, our manager has lifted morale and been a guide towards all of us here being more successful. The work environment is hard to make much better. This has been the best experience I’ve had with a company in the construction equipment industry."
