Virtual Meetings Disclaimer

Each Party agrees that it is responsible for controlling the content shared in any virtual meeting environment; and implementing any safeguards necessary to protect its own confidential information.

Nothing in this provision shall be construed to waive or limit either Party’s obligations with respect to intentional misuse, unauthorized distribution, or breach of agreed confidentiality obligations.
